Employee Management

Record hours worked by employees and track vacations, sick days and personal leaves of absence. Establish employee user groups and set security permissions accordingly.

AIM has powerful security features, enabling management to control what employees can see and do in AIM. Security groups can be established in order to block groups of employees out of areas containing confidential information. Employees can also be blocked from performing certain functions (i.e. selling an item below the minimum selling price). Management override is always an option for exceptions.

The Employee Time Clock in AIM records the hours worked by your employees, vacation time, sick days and personal leaves of absence. Notes may be added for a specific employee or all employees to read when clocking in or out.

AIM provides management with the following capabilities: analyze sales by time for employee scheduling, analyze sales person performance, audit reports, and much more.

Gift Cards

Offers secured tracking of electronic gift cards and renewal money cards. Merchandise return credit and other store credits can be tracked on the cards.

AIM includes licensing for one workstation and one store location; however, an unlimited number may be purchased and added on as needed.

Email is built into AIM, preventing compatibility issues.

Email any correspondence or report from AIM to customers, vendors or employees.
Create sales material, letter and label templates in Microsoft Word and email to select customers in AIM.
Create html emails and send to select customers in AIM.
Email receipts, invoices, statements, purchase orders, and notices such as delinquency, "repair is ready for pickup", "your order is in" and more.

Add MyConsignorLogin

A MyConsignorLogin account allows you to export consigned inventory to a web service enabling your customers to log in and view the sold status of their consigned goods. It's a great value-added service that you can offer to your consignors! You determine if all or only a few of your consignors have access to view their data online. This is an optional add-on service and monthly subscription rates apply.
